OpenAI Opens Applications for Grove Talent Programme

OpenAI has announced applications for the next cohort of its talent-building programme, Grove. The AI company is looking for 15 candidates, with no restrictions on background, field, or experience.

Grove is designed as a mentoring and skill-development initiative, not a startup accelerator. Participants will have the opportunity to work closely with OpenAI researchers and access company resources for AI talent development.

The five-week programme will take place at OpenAI’s San Francisco headquarters, featuring workshops, weekly office hours, and mentorship from technical leaders. Applications close on January 12, 2026.
